Founded on the Sunshine Coast, we work with clients all over Australia. Our roots go back 30 years to Insurance Works, started by David Woolgrove. His daughter, Rachael Yurko, launched Thrive Financial in 2018, followed by Thrive Protect in 2024.
Stefanie Taylor, has been part of the team since 2015, becoming our Insurance Specialist in 2025 — Stef brings clarity, calm and genuine care to every conversation.

2018 – Thrive Financial is born
